I help leaders think more clearly, learn faster, and take action.
Leadership usually stalls at the human level, not the technical one. I use evidence and data backed practices to help you find the next step forward.
In short: I help people make progress.
If you’re not making progress as quickly or easily as you think you should: Let’s talk.
Finding the Friction:
Progress usually stops where systems and people overlap. You might recognize these patterns:
The Solver’s Trap: Your execution habits are now preventing your team from scaling.
The New Leader's Gap: Your current responsibilities are a total departure from the work that got you promoted.
Second-Guessing: You’re navigating the quiet weight of self-doubt or decision paralysis.
Overburden: You are operating under a level of stress that makes clear thinking feel hard.
Avoidance: You know you need to have a hard conversation, but the emotional stakes are slowing you down.
Complex Noise: The path forward is no longer a technical calculation and you're struggling to identify what matters.
Isolation: You’ve moved into a role where you no longer have peers to use as a sounding board.
If any of these types of friction resonate with you, I’m here for you.
How I Work With You:
Individual Coaching: A confidential partnership to help you think clearly and make progress.
Group Coaching: Small, peer-based groups for founders and leaders in transition to learn from and with each other, and to support each other’s progress.
Team Coaching: A collaborative partnership to help leadership and delivery teams work more effectively together and deliver on their shared goals.
About Me:
I’ve spent my career finding insight and value in gaps between fields that don't usually talk to each other: music and theater, software and program management, tinkering and conservation. I’ve always seen the space between these unrelated concepts as the bridge between what is and what might be.
In theater and music, I learned the necessity of presence, listening, and the mechanics of natural collaboration. I use these skills to help leaders lead with more authenticity and integrity, and to build teams that actually trust their own performance. In software, I learned the logic of systems that scale. In repair work, I learned the patience required to find what’s actually causing problems. I’ve carried these lessons across startups, SMBs, and global enterprises, leading transformations for 10,000+ employees and driving organizational impact measured in the billions. My career and my M.S. in Information Systems have been centered on driving and affecting lasting change at every scale of business.
I see that same opportunity in my clients. You likely have deep areas of expertise that have been siloed by the demands of your role. I help you find the insights hidden in those overlaps, connecting your technical rigor with your human intuition to build a better path forward.
As a father of three, I know that technical logic only gets you so far in any complex human system. Sometimes the things that move us forward don’t seem to make sense. My focus is on helping you find the practical (or potentially impractical!) action required to solve your specific challenges and keep you making progress.
